One-Day Workshops

My One-Day Workshops offer you the opportunity to learn a new skill or technique, or to make something on your sewing machine in a day.

My one-day workshops consist of a morning and afternoon session with a FREE lunch included.

Please book early to avoid dissapointment as places are limited!

What Can I Learn?

If you want to learn or improve your sewing machine skills, or if there is a particular sewing project that you require help with, then come to one of my regular workshops to receive personal instruction on a project of your choosing. Here are just some of the things that you can learn:

One-Day Workshops for 2010

Unfortunately, there are no one-day workshops planned for this year,as yet.

What Can I Expect?

Classes are normally suitable for stitchers of all levels who are able to use a sewing machine, unless otherwise stated. One-Day Workshops normally take place on a Saturday and run from 10am till 4pm. In addition to a warm welcome, you can expect:

  • Six hours of demonstration, practical instruction, and tuition in a pleasant garden setting.
  • Small classes (maximum 6 people) to ensure you get the help you need.
  • FREE handouts and photocopies, as required.
  • FREE buffet lunch prepared by the local bakery.
  • FREE all day, help-yourself refreshments of tea, coffee and biscuits to feed your creativity.

How Much Do One-Day Workshops Cost?

My one-day workshops are priced individually, according to how much fabric and other materials will be used to create the item. Please see the above tables for details.
